Description:
A Cooking Oven, Cooking Section of Which Can Rotate Automatically Technical Field

The present invention is related to the cooking ovens having rotation systems, the cooking section of which can rotate automatically.

The present invention is especially related to a cooking oven, which provides a homogeneous cooking thanks to rotating of rotation mechanism that functions as a result of interlocking the several kanafeh plates or different dishes within a single section consisting of plate holders interconnected via connection members.

State of Art

Kanafeh is a dessert that is made of shredded kanafeh pastry and cheese and is served hot. Kanafeh is cooked in metal thin plates and it is suggested to cook the whole dessert evenly at equal heat. Therefore, the ovens on which the kanafeh is cooked have an important role in the taste of kanafeh. The kanafeh cooking ovens produced in the state of art have burners that burn in a fixed and circular manner and the flame coming out of the burner reaches directly to the kanafeh tray without being spoiled. In such kinds of ovens, kanafeh trays are rotated and replaced manually on the oven and thus, a homogeneous and healthy cooking cannot be achieved. In the patent literature research made in the state of art, a utility model application numbered TR 2008 04277 and relating kanafeh ovens has been found. The invention is related to outer body which forms the oven that will be used for cooking the cheese kanafeh dessert, and consists of rotary mechanism with gear chain, low-speed electrical motor driving said mechanism, plate holders in which the plates are placed, linear gas burners that heat said plates from the bottom, gas valves of said gas burners, collector, gas distributing pipe system and cooking oven. Only one single-typed plate can be placed into the sections provided within said invention and said plate holders rotate in the same direction by means of chain transfer mechanism. Another application is utility model application numbered TR 2012 01037 and titled "Kanafeh cooking machine". The invention is related to kanafeh cooking machine designed in order to cook one kanafeh or more horizontally in different shapes such as circular, square, rectangular, triangular or other geometrical figures based on the customer option so as to save time and energy. Said kanafeh cooking oven consists of a covered structure having at least two resistances, one at the top and one at the bottom. During cooking, kanafeh is subjected to heat from top and bottom evenly; however, a homogeneous cooking at the desired level cannot be achieved.

As a result of the abovementioned disadvantages and problems, an improvement in the related technical field is needed. Objects of the Invention

The present invention is related to cooking ovens, which meet the abovementioned requirements, eliminates all of the disadvantages and offer some additional advantages, and the cooking section of which can rotate automatically.

The primary object of present invention is to provide a homogeneous cooking thanks to rotating of several kanafeh plates on a single section consisting of plate holders interconnected via connection members. The object of the present invention is to shorten time of serving of the products to the customers thanks to the rotation mechanism functioning in an interlocking manner.

The object of the present invention is to enable cooking the plates/trays having different shapes and sizes.

The object of the present invention is to increase sales by attracting the attentions of customers when kanafeh is cooked by exposing to the customers.

In order to achieve the abovementioned objects, the present invention comprises;

- plate holders configured so as to rotate in the oven housing and rotary group having multiple plate holders interconnected by means of connection members around said plate holders,

- rotation mechanism providing rotating motion to the plate holder at the centre of said rotary group, on the multiple rotation axes.

Detailed Description of the Invention

Thanks to the invention, a cooking oven (100) having a main body (1) and consisting of oven housing (20) configured on said main body (1) and plate holders (11.1) configured within said oven housing (20), is provided. The present invention comprises plate holders (11.1) configured so as to rotate in the oven housing (20) and rotary group (11) having multiple plate holders (11.1) interconnected by means of connection members (11.2) around said plate holders (11.1). Said rotary group (11) comprises rotation mechanism (12) providing rotating motion to the plate holder (11.1) at the centre thereof on the multiple rotation axes (Z).

In addition, said rotation mechanism (12) comprises connection shaft (12.4) that connects said rotary groups (11) with driving members, gears (12.1) embedded with the connection shafts (12.4) that rotate said rotary groups (1 1 ) in opposite directions of A and B, motor (12.3) providing driving motion for said gears (12.1 ), and chain (12.2) transferring the motion of said driving motor (12.3) to the gears (12.1 ) in different directions. On the other hand, the invention comprises plate holders (1 1 .1 ) having different geometrical shapes, and rotary group (1 1 ) with at least one plate holder (1 1 .1 ) provided at the centre thereof and three plate holders (1 1 .1 ) provided around thereof, and is rotated in opposite directions. Moreover, connection shafts (12.4) and gears (12.1 ) arranged on the same bearing profile (12.5) and bearing axes (X) are provided. Moreover, the present invention comprises at least one sliding gear (12.1 ) configured at an area away from said bearing profile (12.5) and on different second bearing axis (X1 ).

Figure 1 is the overall perspective view of kanafeh cooking oven (100). In the most general manner, the present invention comprises a cooking oven (100) that enables several kanafeh plates to be cooked at a time by being rotated on the linear gas burners and has a rotation system (10).

The rotation system (10) of the cooking oven (100), the lateral sectional view of which is given in Figure 2, consists of a rotary group (1 1 ) comprising plate holders (1 1 .1 ), on which metal thin plates with kanafeh that will be cooked therein, are placed and rotation mechanism (12) that rotate said rotary groups (1 1 ).

The plate holders (1 1 .1 ) that form the rotary groups (1 1 ) are interconnected by means of connection members (1 1 .2). Each of the rotary group (1 1 ) is interconnected via a connection shaft (12.4) in such a manner that the oven can get a driving motion from the motor (12.3). And again, the gear (12.1 ) that is the main element of the rotation mechanism (12), is provided at the end of each connection shaft (12.4). The gears (12.1 ) are interconnected via a single chain (12.2). Apart from gear and chain, belt and pulley group can also be used. The motion received from the driving motor (12.3) is transferred to the gears (12.1 ) by means of chain (12.2) and thus, rotary groups (1 1 ) are enabled to rotate in a synchronised manner.

The rotation mechanism (12) of the cooking oven (100) functions in the interlocking working manner. In the interlocking working manner, a single chain (12.2) is inserted into each gear (12.1 ) in different directions and thus, each gear (12.1 ) rotates in the opposite direction of the next gear (12.1 ). Therefore, the plates are prevented from crashing each other during rotation by rotating in opposite directions within the rotary groups (1 1 ) in which the plate holders (1 1 .1 ) are provided. Figure-3 is the overall top view of the rotation system (10) of the kanafeh cooking oven (100). Accordingly, while the plate holders (1 1 .1 ) forming the first rotary group (1 1 ) are moving in direction A, the plate holders (1 1 .1 ) forming the second rotary group (1 1 ) are moving in direction B.

An aspect of the present invention is that trays having different sizes and shapes can be placed onto the plate holders (1 1 .1 ). Another aspect of the present invention is that the number of the rotary groups (1 1 ) provided within the oven housing (20) can be increased as desired by changing the size and shape in accordance with the availability of the usage area of the product during the production process of the cooking oven (100).
