Abstract:
This presented invention is about screed machine placed on towing vehicle that it lays concrete screed on grounds in any type of construction and high storeys. In this invention it is explained that necessary propulsion power is provided from towing vehicle motor without need of another diesel motor and spiral lobe compressor (5) is utilized to lay screed on place of use. It has integrated and compact system because components like motor case (14), engine hood (15) and transporting trailer (16) are not necessary with this integrated system due to no needing of another separate diesel motor to agitate screed.

Claims:
CLAIMS

The invention is a screed machine that placed on towing vehicle to lay screed on any type of construction ground and high storeys and uses towing vehicle's motor for power need of propulsion system, this invention has the following features; spiral lobe compressor (5) that provides compressed air, transfer case(3)

shaft (9) between towing vehicle gearbox(2) and transfer case(3) shaft (10) between transfer case(3) and rear-axle,

shaft(l l) between transfer case(3) and power take-off gearbox(PTO)(4)

shaft PTO (4) linked the shaft as numbered 11,

screed agitating tube(7)

hose pipe(13) connected to screed agitating tube (7) hydraulic hose(12) between PTO (4) and screed agitating tube gearbox(8)

hydraulic unit(6) connected with the draw to towing vehicle (1) and screed agitating tube (7)

2-In accordance with the claim 1, is about screed machine placed on towing machine that features it is formed two parted shaft with addition of transfer case (3), one of the shafts (10) is between transfer case and rear-axle, which provides motion to rear-axle-tire, the other shaft (11) is between transfer case and power take-off gearbox characterized as to give input power to PTO (4) which it is connected to.

3 -In accordance with any of the above mentioned claims, is about screed machine placed on towing machine that features, the power take-off gearbox (4) has two outputs, one of them is to give propulsion to spiral lobe compressor (5) and the other one is connected to hydraulic hose (12).

4- In accordance with any of the above mentioned claims, is about screed machine placed on towing machine that features to have hose pipe (13) between compressor (5) and screed agitating tube (7), which provides compressed air to system.

5- In accordance with any of the above mentioned claims, is about screed machine placed on towing machine that features has hydraulic hose (12) that is between the the screed agitating tube gearbox(8) and screed agitating tube (7) provides motion of screed agitating tube, placed behind towing vehicle.

6- In accordance with any of the above mentioned claims, is about screed machine placed on towing machine that features it has hydraulic unit (6) that is connected with the tube (7) and draw of towing vehicle (1) and provides motion of screed agitating tube (7) placed behind towing vehicle (1).

7- In accordance with any of the above mentioned claims, is about screed machine placed on towing machine that features it has hydraulic unit (6) to provide mobility to screed agitating tube (7) to be placed on ground during agitating process and to place the tube on towing vehicle (1) after the agitating process.

8- In accordance with any of the above mentioned claims, is about screed machine placed on towing machine that features it has integrated and compact system because components like motor case (14), engine hood (15) and transporting trailer (16) are not necessary with this integrated system due to no needing of another separate diesel motor to agitate screed.

DESCRIPTION

TECHNICAL AREA

The invention is about screed machines utilized to la concrete screed on wide grounds and high storeys in any type of construction. As it is known, screed is composed of mixture of liquid and solid materials like: building sand, water and binding mixtures. Screeds are particularly used for roads and highways, airport runway, bridge decks and other type of concrete constructions. The screed machines are utilized to prepare this mixture to lay on desired grounds. The screed machines consist of systems which are the tube used for agitating process, the agitators used for stirring process, the motor supports stirring movement, the hose that provides to lay homogenic screed on desired grounds. Generally, screed machines are used as separate unit connected to automobiles, tractors etc. In this presented invention screed machine is placed on towing vehicle, and two separate systems towing vehicle and screed machine composed into one integrated system as screed machine.

TECHNICAL PROBLEMS AIMED TO BE SOLVED WITH THIS INVENTION, PRIOR ART

As it is known, there are several patent applications /utility models about innovations on screed machines utilized to prepare concrete screed and lay on desired grounds.

For example; electric motor driven screed machine is explained in this useful utility model numbered as TR 2010 10422 Y. This screed machine is a independent separate unit from towing vehicle.

The system that consist of two separate units towing vehicle and screed machine in previous technique becomes integrated one.

With this system in this invention a low cost screed machine will be obtained by no need of buying imported motor compressor set and transporting trailer. One of the aims of this invention is there will be no need of separate propulsion system by providing the power need for this new formation of propulsion system from motor of towing vehicle in old system.

Another purpose of this invention is that screed agitating tube can be deployed on ground during agitating process, and at the end of agitating process it could be placed on towing vehicle with a hydraulic unit.

Another purpose of this invention is that a system that is mounted easily and in shorter time by no need of motor case, transporting trailer and engine hood is obtained.

Another purpose of this invention is that there is no need of a separate diesel motor to agitate screed mixture. By using only one propulsion system which the towing vehicle motor system mobility of towing vehicle and agitation of screed mixture is provided. Another purpose of this invention is that due to easy montage process and less use of personnel, production cost gets lower.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

Before we proceed to explicitly describe the invention, we talk about the parts presented in figure 1 about previous technique. In this relevant system of towing vehicle(l) and screed machine is in separate part form. These two separate parts are connected to each other by different means (dowel, connection plate, screws etc. ) and there is transporting trailer(16) that screed machine is placed. The fundamental aim of screed machine is to agitate screed mixture in screed agitating tube(7) and to lay on desired place. In previous technique, the propulsion to agitate screed machine is provided from separate diesel motor. Laying screed on place of use is done by compressed air and this compressed air is provided with same diesel motor which is spiral lobe compressor. In previous technique, a separate diesel motor is used, so there are motor case(14) which motor is placed and engine hood( 15).

The system in invention is presented in figure 2 and figure 3. In this invention, the screed machine mounted to towing vehicle (1) doesn't have separate diesel motor. In here spiral lobe compressor (5) is utilized to produce compressed air to lay screed on place of use. The spiral lobe compressor (5) is placed on towing vehicle. To provide power need of propulsion system motor of towing vehicle is used in this new system. For this drive; power gearbox (2) placed under towing vehicle, the shaft (9) between towing vehicle gearbox and transfer case(3), the transfer case(39, the shaft (10) between transfer case (3) and rear-axle, the shaft (11) between transfer case and power take-off gearbox, power take-off gearbox(4) are used. Rotary motion of towel vehicle gearbox is transmitted to rear-axle with one shaft; in other saying, it is transmitted by shaft (9) between towel vehicle gearbox and transfer case. There is a transfer case(3) mounted to shaft(9) provides this transmission. With adding of transfer case (3),adjacent shaft has become two parts. Shaft between transfer case one of the two parted shaft system and rear- axle provides transmission of motion to rear-axle-tire. By this way, it does fundamental duty. Shaft between power take-off gearbox and transfer case that is latter of two parted shaft system provides input power to power take-off gearbox that it is connected to. Two outputs are obtained from PTO(4).This specialty only belongs to PTO. One of outputs gives propulsion to spiral lobe compressor (5). By this, the system's need of compressed air is provided by hose pipe (13) between compressor and screed agitating tube. The other output is from PTO is linked to hydraulic hose (12) between PTO and screed agitating tube gearbox (8). In this way hydraulic hose (12) run screed agitating tube (7).

Another innovation of this invention's system is screed agitating tube (7) placed behind towing vehicle and its motion system. Screed agitating tube will be motile with hydraulic unit (6) connected to the tube (7) and the draw of towing vehicle Agitating tube placed on ground will be on ground during agitating process with mobilization of hydraulic unit. Following screed agitating and/or convey of screed to relevant place, with hydraulic unit running screed agitating tube(7) will be taken on towing vehicle(l).

Another difference of this invention is that an integrated and compact system is presented because components like motor case (14), engine hood (15) and transporting trailer (16) are not necessary with this integrated system due to no needing of another separate diesel motor to agitate screed. The above mentioned preferred applications and the accompanying drawings have been added to provide a better understanding of the invention, are not intended to limit the protection scope of the invention. In accordance with the information disclosed with the invention, the changes will be made on the preferred applications and accompanying drawings should be considered within the scope of protection of the invention.
