Abstract:
In this method for controlling a cooling device (30) for cooling a deep body temperature (T) of a user, in an exercise assistance system (1): first information indicating the deep body temperature (T) of the user, measured using a deep body thermometer (10) attached to the user, is continuously acquired via a network; and second information relating to a time for lowering the deep body temperature (T) of the user to a prescribed value is acquired via the network from an information terminal (20) connected communicably to the cooling device (30). Further, in the method for controlling the cooling device (30): a radio wave profile to be set in the cooling device (30) for lowering the deep body temperature (T) of the user to the prescribed value within the time indicated by the second information is determined on the basis of the first information and the second information; and third information representing the determined profile is output via the network to the information terminal (20) in order to set the third information in the cooling device (30).
