Abstract:
[Problem] To provide an attempt at a novel construction work technology by shortening construction work time on the basis of the concept of the reduction of economic losses in industry, preferably by suppressing industrial waste processing, and more preferably by introducing a new asphalt cooling technology. [Solution] Provided is a road surface regeneration process using a laser cooling vehicle, wherein the process is characterized by including: a step for heating and softening a surface layer material of a road surface, collecting the surface layer material into a road surface layer regeneration vehicle, and adding and mixing a modified polymer into the surface layer material while the same is being heated in the vehicle; a step for evenly re-spreading the mixed surface layer material on the road surface; a step for roller compacting the evenly spread surface layer material; and a step for cooling the compacted surface layer material by the laser cooling vehicle.
