Abstract:

The present invention addresses the problem of providing a coating composition which has favorable storage stability, can ensure oil- and water-repellant properties for a long period of time, and has favorable chemical resistance and workability. To solve the problem, provided is a copolymer resin (A) which includes, as constituents thereof, a polybasic acid component (a1), at least one compound (a2) selected from a polyhydric alcohol component (a21) having a secondary hydroxyl group and a compound (a22) that generates a secondary hydroxyl group by reaction with a carboxyl group, and a specific fluorine-containing diol (f), wherein the proportion of the component (f) based on the total mass of the constituents is 0.1 to 30 mass%.
