Abstract:
A coprime planar array two-dimensional direction-of-arrival estimation method based on virtual domain tensor filling, mainly solving the problems in existing methods that multi-dimensional signal structured information is missing and virtual domain statistics cannot be completely utilized. The method comprises the steps of: constructing a coprime planar array; performing tensor modeling of a received signal of the coprime planar array; constructing an augmented discontinuous virtual planar array on the basis of mutual correlation tensor transformation of the coprime planar array; deducing a virtual domain tensor on the basis of mirror image expansion of the discontinuous virtual planar array; dispersing pieces of missing elements of the virtual domain tensor by reconstructing the virtual domain tensor; filling the virtual domain tensor on the basis of minimization of a tensor nuclear norm; and decomposing the filled virtual domain tensor to obtain a direction-of-arrival estimation result. The method fully utilizes all discontinuous virtual domain tensor statistics information corresponding to the coprime planar array to achieve high-accuracy direction-of-arrival estimation, and can be used for target positioning.
