Abstract:
A steam pressurization method and device, which relate to the technical field of energy. A pneumatic cylinder is used, and the pneumatic cylinder is divided into a side to be pressurized and a pressure-applying side by a free piston. The steam pressurization method comprises the following steps: steam to be pressurized entering a side to be pressurized, and pressure gas entering a pressure-applying side until the air pressure of the pressure-applying side is greater than the air pressure of the side to be pressurized; and the pressure gas pushing a free piston to pressurize said steam. By means of the method and apparatus, the energy consumption during a steam compression process is reduced, such that compressed steam is recycled to achieve better economies, and the pressure and temperature that the compressed steam can reach are improved.
