Abstract:
A corner folding device for machining a hardware product, comprising a base (1), a corner folding component (2) and a clamping component (4); the corner folding component is mounted on the top end of the base and comprises a hydraulic rod (22) fixed at the other end of the base by means of a mounting baffle (21), the end of the hydraulic rod away from the mounting baffle is fixedly connected to a corner folding top plate (24), and the other end of the top surface of the base is fixedly connected to a corner folding pressing plate (25) fitting the corner folding top plate; the clamping component comprises clamping plates (43), the clamping plates are used for clamping a hardware product to be corner folded; cleaning rings (49) are fixedly connected on both sides of a guide block (48), cleaning bristles (491) are fixedly connected to the inner wall of each cleaning ring at equal distance, and a free end of each cleaning bristle is in contact with the outer surface of a bidirectional threaded rod (410). By adding cleaning rings on both sides of the guide block, the cleaning bristles remove dust from the surface of the bidirectional threaded rod, reducing dust entering the guide block, guaranting the smoothness of the movement of the guide block without the need of drive of additional power, thereby saving energy and protecting environment.
