A corner protection device and an LED display screen, comprising a transmission assembly (30), a protection block (20) in an L-shaped structure and a base (10) for being mounted on an LED display screen unit box (200), wherein the protection block (20) can be movably mounted on the base (10); the transmission assembly (30) comprises a first driving part (31), a second driving part (32) and a transmission part (33), wherein both the first driving part (32) and the second driving part (32) are in transmission connection with the transmission part (33), and the transmission part (33) is in transmission connection with the protection block (20) for driving the protection block (20) to extend from or retract into the base (10); the first driving part (31) and the second driving part (32) are respectively arranged on two adjacent sides of the base (10), when the two LED display unit boxes (200) are spliced, the first driving part ( After 31) and the second driving part (32) abut against the side surface of the base (10), to drive the transmission part (33) to drive the protective block (20) to extend from or retract into the base (10).
