Abstract:
A motion pattern is not affected by a change in a path line. A transfer feeder comprises a plurality of cross bars (12) which are provided in a transfer press body (1) having a plurality of processing stations W1, W2, --- and are adapted to be actuated in a feed direction X by a feed means (20) composed of a feed cam (20b) rotated by power taken out from the transfer press body (1) and a feed lever (20a), which is adapted to be swung by the feed cam (20b), and to be actuated in a lift direction Y by a lift means (3) driven by a servomotor. In the transfer feeder, a cross bar carrier (4) provided on a most upstream side is divided into a main carrier (41) and a sub-carrier (42), and provided between the carriers (41, 42) are a hydraulic cylinder (7a) for correcting an error in the feed direction X caused when the path line is changed, and a correction means 7 composed of a servo valve for controllingly contracting and extending the hydraulic cylinder (7a).
