Abstract:
The present invention pertains to a cosmetic material composition or a fiber treatment composition for head decoration products, which contains (A) a cationic polymer having, when made into a 1 mass% aqueous solution, a viscosity of 1,000 mPa·s or more at 30°C, (B) an anionic polymer, (C) at least one modified silicone selected from the group consisting of polyglycerol modified silicones and amino modified silicones, (D) dimethylpolysiloxane, (E) a cationic surfactant, and (F) a higher alcohol, and in which the mass ratio [(A) /(B)] of the component (A) with respect to the component (B) is 4.5 or more.
