Abstract:
According to the present invention, a production method for an aqueous composition includes, in order, steps 1–3. Step 1: A step for preparing a mixture 1 that includes (B) an anionic polymer, (C) a nonionic polymer, and water. Step 2: A step for mixing mixture 1 and (D) an acid or an aqueous solution thereof to prepare a mixture 2 that includes (B) the anionic polymer, (C) the nonionic polymer, (D) the acid, and water. Step 3: A step for mixing mixture 2 and (A) a cationic polymer.
