Abstract:
A cover plate assembly for a climb-free lift, and a climb-free lift. The cover plate assembly comprises a cover plate (1), a fixing plate (4), a motor (2), and a rotating assembly connected to the motor (2). The cover plate (1) is rotatably disposed on a platform (7) of a tower. A traction member (5) is wound on the rotating assembly. The free end of the traction member (5) is connected to the cover plate (1). The rotating assembly is provided with a trigger board (3.3.1). The fixing plate (4) is disposed on the side of the rotating assembly facing away from the motor (2). The fixing plate (4) is provided with a first limiting switch (6.1) and a second limiting switch (6.2) electrically connected to the motor (2). The first limiting switch (6.1) and the second limiting switch (6.2) are located on the rotation path of the trigger board (3.3.1). The relative position of the first limiting switch (6.1) and the second limiting switch (6.2) satisfies: when the cover plate (1) opens the lift cab channel (7.1) of the platform (7), the trigger board (3.3.1) triggers the first limiting switch (6.1); when the cover plate (1) closes the lift cab channel (7.1) of the platform (7), the trigger board (3.3.1) triggers the second limiting switch (6.2). For cover plates (1) of different specifications and sizes, during on-site installation, the installation positions of the first limiting switch (6.1) and the second limiting switch (6.2) on the fixing plate (4) do not need to be adjusted.
