A cross-flow air supply assembly and an air conditioner having same. The cross-flow air supply assembly comprises: an air duct structure, a cross-flow fan wheel and an anti-surge structure. The air duct structure comprises a volute portion and a volute tongue portion, a cross-flow air duct is formed between the volute portion and the volute tongue portion, and the cross-flow fan wheel is arranged at an air duct inlet of the cross-flow air duct. The cross-flow fan wheel comprises a plurality of middle-section fan blades arranged in an axial direction, the axial height of the anti-surge structure is smaller than the axial length of the middle-section fan blades, and the anti-surge structure is arranged on the volute tongue portion, so as to reduce an air inlet gap between a corresponding position of the volute tongue portion and the cross-flow fan wheel.
