Title:
CROSS-LINKED COPOLYMER, GAS SEPARATION MEMBRANE COMPRISING SAME, METHOD FOR PREPARING CROSS-LINKED COPOLYMER, AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING GAS SEPARATION MEMBRANE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2022/234904
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a cross-linked copolymer, a gas separation membrane comprising same, a method for preparing the cross-linked copolymer, and a method for manufacturing the gas separation membrane, and, more specifically, binds a metal-organic framework having an amine group to an anhydride-terminated polyimide-based polymer to prepare a cross-linked copolymer, and thus, during application to a gas separation membrane, a polymer membrane and the cross-linked copolymer have the same chemical structure to increase interfacial compatibility, thermal stability is high, and the aggregation of the metal-organic framework in the cross-linked copolymer and the densification of the membrane are prevented so that the adsorption and diffusion of gas molecules can be promoted. In addition, the cross-linked copolymer having the metal-organic framework is uniformly dispersed inside and on the surface of the polymer membrane to increase gas permeability and selectivity through the porous structure of the metal-organic framework, and thus can remarkably improve gas separation performance.
