Abstract:
A crucible upper component and a single crystal furnace thermal field, relating to the technical field of crystal growth. The crucible upper component comprises a crucible upper; the crucible upper comprises a crucible upper body and a crucible bottom; the bottom of the crucible upper body is an inverted cone shape and a mounting hole is formed in the center of the bottom; the crucible bottom is positioned in the mounting hole; the crucible bottom and the crucible upper body are coaxially provided; and the crucible bottom and the crucible upper body are detachably locked and connected. The crucible upper and the crucible upper component are used for manufacturing of the crucible upper.
