Abstract:
Disclosed is a crushing and filtering device for solid waste, the device comprising: a housing, wherein an upper cover is installed at the upper end of the housing, the middle of the upper cover is connected to a lifting cavity in a sliding fit manner, a filtering-type gas filtering mechanism is installed in the lifting cavity, the bottom of the inside of the lifting cavity is rotatably connected to a crushing mechanism, one side of the lifting cavity is connected to a lifting mechanism, the middle of the housing is elastically connected to a filter screen plate, and by means of a swinging-type shaking mechanism, the lower end of the filter screen plate is connected to a cleaning brush which is movably attached to the lower surface of the filter screen plate. In the present invention, the lifting cavity can be driven by the lifting mechanism to adjust its own placement height, and same can crush materials in the housing by means of the crushing mechanism, and can filter processing waste gas by means of the gas filtering mechanism; therefore, solid waste can be flexibly and efficiently crushed. Moreover, the swinging-type shaking mechanism continuously ejects and drives the filter screen plate to spring, such that the lower surface of the filter screen plate can be brushed by means of the cleaning brush to avoid clogging, and the screening efficiency is improved.
