Abstract:
A multi-filtration anti-blocking wastewater treatment apparatus, comprising a housing (1). Floccule accommodating cavities (5) are symmetrically connected to two sides of the upper end of the housing (1) in a matching manner; multiple groups of burr rods (11) are mounted in each floccule accommodating cavity (5); a filtering plate (20) is elastically connected to the middle of the housing (1); a material guiding mechanism is provided above the filtering plate (20) in a matching manner; a water discharging mechanism is mounted at the bottom of the housing (1) at one side; an anti-blocking mechanism movably matching the water discharging mechanism is mounted at the bottom of the housing (1) at the side of the water discharging mechanism. The burr rods (11) can effectively trap floccules, thereby reducing the risk of blockage of the subsequent filtration part, and the trapping efficiency is improved by means of design of the structures in the floccule accommodating cavities (5); the material guiding mechanism can drive the filtering plate to bounce to prevent blocking, and can also guide dirt by means of the material guiding mechanism, thereby improving the anti-blocking effect and improving the convenience of dirt cleaning; wastewater is filtered and discharged by means of the water discharging mechanism, and can cooperate with anti-blocking by means of the anti-blocking mechanism; multiple filtration and anti-blocking can improve the continuous stability of using the apparatus.
