Abstract:
A cryogenic container (37) for storing SQUID elements, into which a cooling medium (3) having a boiling temperature higher than the cooling temperature of SQUID elements (2) to be cooled is poured to completely submerge a group of the SQUID elements in the cooling medium, wherein the cooling medium is cooled and solidified by a refrigerating machine (7) when the cryogenic container is used.
