Abstract:
The present invention relates to a cooling and heating apparatus which is entirely or partially arranged outside the premises to be heated. When the temperature in a working chamber is adjusted using relays, the heat is removed according to a vapour compression method until a predetermined threshold is reached. The lack of heat in the chamber is compensated by electrical heating. In the case of a proportional method for adjusting the temperature, the heat is removed from or supplied to the chamber according to a thermo-electric method. The transition from a vapour compression mode to a thermo-electric mode, or vice-versa, is carried out according to the difference between the target temperature and the measured temperature in the room or according to the difference between the temperature measured outside and the target temperature in the room. The apparatus of the present invention comprises a thermostating panel (1), temperature controls (2), a subtraction element (3), two control devices (4, 9), an executing device (5), a cooling system (6), a thermo-electric system (12), an electric heater (not shown), a switching device (13) as well as outside-temperature sensors (16, 17).
