Abstract:
A cryogenic refrigerator system 10 is provided with: a compressor 12; a cold head 14; a high-pressure line 24 that connects a discharge port 12a of the compressor 12 to a high-pressure port 14a of the cold head 14; a low-pressure line 26 that connects an intake port 12b of the compressor 12 to a low-pressure port 14b of the cold head 14; and a vibration generation part 16 that is connected between the high-pressure line 24 and the low-pressure line 26 so as to be in parallel with the cold head 14 and that is provided with a refrigerant gas chamber 28 for storing a refrigerant gas, a valve part 30 for connecting the refrigerant gas chamber 28 to the high-pressure line 24 and the low-pressure line 26 in an alternate manner so as to generate pressure vibration of the refrigerant gas in the refrigerant gas chamber 28, and a vibration transmission part 32 that mechanically or electrically transmits, to a vibration using device 34, vibration in accordance with the pressure vibration of the refrigerant gas.
