Abstract:
A cryogenic refrigerator 10 comprising: a cold head 14; a plurality of compressor main bodies 16 connected in parallel to the cold head 14; a plurality of state detection sensors 20, said state detection sensor 20 being provided in correspondence with each of the plurality of compressor main bodies 16, each state detection sensor 20 detecting the state of the corresponding compressor main body 16 and outputting a state detection signal S1; and a compressor control unit 40 configured so as to stop the other compressor main bodies 16 when the state detection signal S1 from any of the state detection sensors 20 among the plurality of state detection sensors 20 indicates a stoppage of the corresponding compressor main body 16.
