Title:
CULTURE METHOD AND CULTURE VESSEL
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2021/015213
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
In a culture vessel having a plurality of wells, culturing can be performed under optimum culture conditions according to the types of cells to be cultured in each well. This culture method comprises: filling, with a nerve cell medium, a first well 1 of a culture vessel, and a second well 2 communicating with the first well 1 through a flow path 3; seeding a nerve cell N in the first well 1; culturing the axon a of the nerve cell N until the axon a of the nerve cell N reaches the second well 2 through the flow path 3 and blocks the flow path 3; then removing the medium in the second well 2 and filling the second well 2 with a medium for a co-cultured cell that is co-cultured with the nerve cell N; and seeding a cell C to be co-cultured in the second well 2, and culturing the cell C together with the axon a of the nerve cell N.
