Abstract:
This culturing device (1) comprises: a carrier part that includes a carrier (2) to which a culture subject adheres, a supply part (3) that supplies a culture solution to the carrier (2), and a retention part (5) that retains the culture solution flowing from the carrier (2). The carrier (2) includes: a base (21); and convex sections (23), a plurality of which are formed on the surface of the base (21), the relative position of the apex (233) of each of the convex sections (23) with respect to the base (21) being alterable. The carrier part includes a swinging mechanism (27) that alters the relative positions of the convex sections (23) by causing the carrier (2) to swing.
