Abstract:
Disclosed are a cushioning structure and a packaging box. The cushioning structure comprises a fixing frame (10), at least one adjusting assembly (30) and a cushioning member (50). The adjusting assembly (30) comprises at least one adjusting rod (31), at least one first locking member (33) and at least one second locking member (35), wherein the adjusting rod (31) penetrates through an adjusting hole (131) in the extension direction of the adjusting rod, and is provided with a connecting portion (311) extending in a direction consistent with the extension direction of the adjusting rod; the first locking member (33) and the second locking member (35) are respectively connected to the connecting portion (311), and are used for clamping a supporting plate (13). The cushioning member (50) is connected to an end surface of the adjusting rod (31), and is located on a side, away from the supporting plate (13), of the second locking member (35).
