Provided are a cutlery handle (14) and a piece of cutlery having same, relating to the field of cutlery. The cutlery handle (14) comprises a handle body (141) provided with a central axis (A), wherein a cross section of the handle body (141) is "W" shaped and is distributed in an axially symmetrical manner along the central axis (A). The cutlery comprises the cutlery handle (14) and a food picking-up part (12), wherein the cutlery handle (14) is fixedly connected to the food picking-up part (12). The cutlery handle (14) and the piece of cutlery having same have the advantages of a light weight and a good strength, and in particular, do not tend to break off and can be securely stacked with one another. The gap between stacked cutlery handles (14) is small, thereby saving on packaging, storage and transport space, and having the effect of being safe, portability, comfortability and environmental protection. In addition, the cutlery handle (14) and the piece of cutlery having same can be securely stacked with one another, such that same are especially suitable for a blanking system of an automatic cutlery packaging machine to position, thereby improving the automatic cutlery packaging efficiency.
