Abstract:
A cutting device having a sterilization function and used for a biodegradable air composite filter material, comprising a housing (4), a cutting table (16), mounting frames (14), a first lead screw (8), a moving box (6), and pressure plates (2). The middle of the bottom of an inner cavity of the housing (4) is fixedly connected to the cutting table (16). The top of the cutting table (16) is symmetrically and fixedly connected to the two mounting frames (14). An adjustment threaded rod (3) is provided at the top of one side of the middle end of each mounting frame (14). The adjustment threaded rod (3) penetrates through the mounting frame (14), and is fixedly connected to the pressure plate (2). Mounting recesses (19) are arranged on the top end of the cutting table (16). A sliding rod (21) is provided inside each mounting recess (19). Both sides of the sliding rod (21) are fixedly connected to an inner wall of each mounting recess (19). A sliding block (15) is sleeved on the surface of the sliding rod (21). One side of the sliding block (15) is fixedly connected to a spring (20). The spring (20) is sleeved on the surface of the sliding rod (21). According to the present device, both sides of a material required to be cut are tightly pressed by the pressure plates (2), the adjustment threaded rods (3), and the mounting frames (14), which ensures the cutting efficiency and quality; moreover, the material can be extruded by extrusion plates (18), the sliding blocks (15), the mounting recesses (19), the sliding rods (21), and the springs (20), so that the material is prevented from deviating in the cutting process.
