Abstract:
A preparation and mixing device for a high-efficiency air filter material having sterilization and deodorization functions, comprising a main shell (1), a feeding shell (16), an adjustment mechanism and a shock absorption mechanism. The top of the right end of the main shell (1) is fixedly connected with the feeding shell (16), and scale lines (17) are arranged on the front surface of the main shell (1). The adjustment mechanism comprises electric push rods (2), a piston (3), a first motor (4), a first rotating shaft (5), a first stirring blade (6), a second motor (7), a second rotating shaft (8) and second stirring blades (9); the electric push rods (2) are fixedly connected to the left end surface of the main shell (1), output ends of the electric push rods (2) are connected with the piston (3) that is connected in the main shell (1) in a sliding manner; the left surface of the piston (3) is fixedly connected with the first motor (4), an output end of the first motor (4) is connected with the first rotating shaft (5); and the right end surface of the first rotating shaft (5) is fixedly connected with the first stirring blade (6). The shock absorption mechanism comprises support columns (11), connecting plates (12), shock absorption pipes (13), a base (15), springs (14) and sliding channels (1501).
