Abstract:
A cyclic inspection apparatus for electronic product production comprises a main frame (1). Bases (12) are symmetrically welded to two ends of an outer lower surface of the main frame (1). A protective frame (11) is provided on a left side of the base (12). A left end and a right end of a threaded rod (15) are rotatably mounted on a left wall and a right wall of the main frame (1) by means of bearings (16). A threaded block (13) is threadingly and rotatably connected to an outer surface of the threaded rod (15). The threaded block (13) is provided at a front end in the main frame (1). A first connection rod (14) is fixedly welded to an upper surface of the threaded block (13). An upper end of the first connection rod (14) is fixedly welded to a front end of a lower surface of a position-limiting block (7). A fixing rod (10) is slidably mounted in the position-limiting block (7), and passes through the position-limiting block (7). A support block (6) is fixedly welded to an upper surface of the position-limiting block (7). A left end and a right end of the fixing rod (10) are fixedly welded to a left wall and a right wall in the middle of an inner end of the main frame (1). The support block (6) is provided on an upper portion in the main frame (1). First sponges (4) are provided on a front side and a rear side of the support block (6). A finished product container (20) is provided on an outer side of an operation platform (19). The apparatus has a simple structure, is easy to operate, and is practical.
