Abstract:
A mechanical property testing device for an electronic product housing. The mechanical property testing device comprises a testing box (1). A lifting motor (9) is fixedly mounted on the inner wall of the middle portion of the upper end of the testing box (1) by means of bolt connection; a third driven gear (13) is rotatably placed below a fixed plate (12), and the upper portion of the third driven gear is rotatably connected to a second driven gear (5) by means of gear engagement; rubber balls are fixedly mounted on the lower ends of testing heads (19) by means of adhesive adhesion, and clamping plates (21) are provided below the rubber balls; the number of the clamping plates (21) is two, rubber pads are fixedly mounted in the inner sides of the clamping plates by means of the adhesive adhesion, and the clamping plates are symmetrically distributed at the left and right sides of the lower end of the inner portion of the testing box (1); a clamping rod (23) is fixed at the middle portion of the right end of the clamping plate (21) in a welding manner; the left end of a compression spring (22) is fixed on the clamping plate (21) in a welding manner, and the right end of the compression spring (22) is fixed on a sliding block (27) in a welding manner. The testing device is simple in structure and convenient in operation, and can effectively and quickly complete a testing operation on an electronic product.
