Abstract:
Provided is a cyclic olefin resin composition film having excellent workability. A cyclic olefin resin composition film containing a cyclic olefin resin (11) and a styrene elastomer (12), wherein the average value of the minor-axis dispersion diameter of the styrene elastomer (12) is 2.0 µm or less, the tear strength of the cyclic olefin resin composition film in the longitudinal direction of the styrene elastomer (12) is 70 N/mm or less, and the tear strength of the cyclic olefin resin composition film in the minor-axis direction of the styrene elastomer (12) is 90 N/mm or greater. The film thereby has mechanical anisotropy in which the film does not readily break in a machine direction (MD), and readily breaks in a transverse direction (TD), and excellent workability can therefore be obtained.
