Provided is a laminate in which rubber, in particular vulcanised rubber, is strongly bonded and which has excellent durability. Specifically, provided is a laminate which is formed by at least two rubber layers being bonded by an adhesive and/or an adhesive sheet and which has a rubber layer/adhesive layer/rubber layer configuration. The adhesive and the adhesive sheet are each formed by adding a compound containing a thiol group and further adding a compound which is reactive with thiol groups, and the laminate satisfies conditions (1) and (2). (1) The ratio of the average elastic modulus of the adhesive layer to the average elastic modulus of the rubber layers is 1.2-4.0. (2) The rate of change per 1 µm from the elastic modulus of a part 10 µm away from the contact surface of the adhesive or the adhesive sheet and a rubber layer and towards the rubber layer side to the elastic modulus of a part 50 µm away is one fortieth or less of the rate of change per 1 µm from the average elastic modulus of the adhesive layer to the elastic modulus to the part 10 µm away from the contact surface of the adhesive or the adhesive sheet and the rubber layer and towards the rubber layer side.
