Abstract:
Provided is a technique for obtaining a resin molded body that has high transparency and is not susceptible to the occurrence of cracks even if used in a wet heat environment.
A cyclic olefin resin composition which contains a cyclic olefin resin and a styrene elastomer is used. The cyclic olefin resin composition contains a cyclic olefin resin and a styrene elastomer, and is adjusted so that a 2 mm-thick flat plate molded from the cyclic olefin resin composition has a haze value of 2% or less, so that a 2 mm-thick flat plate molded from the cyclic olefin resin composition and subjected to a wet heat treatment at a temperature of 85°C at a humidity of 85% for 16 hours has a haze value difference of 1% or less before and after the wet heat treatment, and so that a 2 mm-thick flat plate molded from the cyclic olefin resin composition has an in-plane retardation of 100 nm or less at a wavelength of 520 nm.
