Abstract:

Provided is construction machinery comprising an upper revolving body capable of improving maintenance work efficiency and that allows an operator, when performing a plurality of maintenance operations, to perform the plurality of maintenance operations safely from a stable position at the same location on a maintenance deck without needing to move locations when completing one operation and continuing to another operation. An upper revolving body (6) comprises a maintenance deck (30) provided in the top center thereof and an elevating step (32) provided so as to ascend from or descend to the side of the upper revolving body (6) toward the maintenance deck (30), and equipment requiring maintenance is provided around the maintenance deck (30) on the upper revolving body (6) and maintenance parts for the equipment are provided in the vicinity of the maintenance deck (30).
