Abstract:
This cyclic peptide or salt thereof comprises either the amino acid sequence indicated in SEQ ID NO: 1, or an amino acid sequence obtained by deleting or substituting the amino acid of the N-terminus and/or the amino acid of the C-terminus in that amino acid sequence, at least two of the three serine residues corresponding to serine residues #2, #4, and #6 from the N-terminus in the amino acid sequence indicated in SEQ ID NO: 1 having been phosphorylated. The cyclic peptide or salt thereof has the effect of inhibiting biological tissue calcification.
