A daily-life activity state assessment system (10) comprises: an instruction unit (31) for issuing an instruction to a target individual (1) to perform a specific action; an acquisition unit (32) that acquires an image that includes, as the subject thereof, the target individual (1) performing the specified action in accordance with the instruction by the instruction unit (31); an estimation unit (45) that, on the basis of the image acquired by the acquisition unit (32), estimates a skeletal model of the target individual (1) in the image; a derivation unit (46) that, on the basis of the skeletal model estimated by the estimation unit (45), derives a feature amount indicating a feature of the movement of the skeleton of the target individual (1) during the specific action; an evaluation unit (47) that, on the basis of the feature amount derived by the derivation unit (46), evaluates bodily functionality, which is the capability of the target individual (1) to perform a bodily action; and an assessment unit (48) that assesses a daily-life activity state of the target individual (1) on the basis of the bodily functionality evaluated by the evaluation unit (47).
