Abstract:
A data integration and analysis system, and a data integration and analysis method. The data integration and analysis system system comprises: a first acquisition module (200) for acquiring machine event data; a second acquisition module (210) for acquiring production event data; a data processing module (220) which is connected to the first acquisition module (200) and the second acquisition module (210) and acquires the original processing time of each product and capacity metrics of each batch of products; and an analysis module (230) which is connected to the data processing module (220) and acquires a first matching relationship between the capacity metrics of each batch of products and the original processing time of each product. Thus, the overall production situation can be analyzed using the capacity metrics; the matching original processing time can be identified using the first matching relationship so as to perform in-depth analysis on the specific production situation; and the efficiency and accuracy of data analysis are improved.
