Abstract:
Provided in the embodiments of the present disclosure are data packet transmission methods and a related device. A method is executed by a network device, the method comprising: acquiring service quality configuration file information of a target service flow from a session management function network element, the service quality configuration file information comprising a first data detection rule and a first processing rule, the first data detection rule comprising data packet group type internal identifier information corresponding to a data packet group type of the target service flow, the first processing rule comprising a processing rule corresponding to the data packet group type, and the processing rule corresponding to the data packet group type comprising packet discarding processing information corresponding to the data packet group type; receiving data packets to be forwarded; and if the data packet group type internal identifier information of the data packets to be forwarded is matched with the first data detection rule, determining, according to the packet discarding processing information, whether to discard a data packet in the data packet group type, and when determining to discard a data packet in the data packet group type, determining a data packet to be discarded in the data packet group type.
