Abstract:
Provided are a polylactic acid/polycaprolactone/plant carbon black composite material and a preparation method therefor. Using plant carbon black and biodegradable polyester to be compounded can enhance the biodegradable polyester and improve the heat resistance and mechanical properties of the biodegradable polyester. By utilizing high- and low-temperature double-crystallization isothermal kinetic regulation and control, the defect of weak crystallization capacity of polylactic acid is overcome, and a firm polylactic acid and polycaprolactone mechanical lock riveting network structure is prepared by utilizing a ball mill and a double-screw extrusion machine, so that the problem of interface incompatibility during blending of the polylactic acid composite material can be solved. The provided method can improve the thermal and mechanical behaviors of the composite material and enhance the crystallinity, tensile strength, bending strength impact toughness, and heat resistance of the composite material.
