Provided are a data processing method and apparatus, and a device and a computer medium. The method comprises: acquiring image-text feature information to be processed, which comprises text feature information to be processed and image feature information to be processed, which match each other, wherein said text feature information or said image feature information includes a mask identifier; on the basis of an initial vector generation rule, processing said image-text feature information, so as to obtain a first vector information group and a second vector information group; encoding the first vector information group and the second vector information group by means of an initial encoding rule, so as to obtain a fused vector information group; decoding the fused vector information group by means of an initial decoding rule, so as to obtain a prediction result corresponding to the mask identifier; and training an initial pre-training model on the basis of the prediction result and the mask identifier, so as to obtain a target pre-training model.
