Abstract:
A finishing device, comprising a thrust system (101), a sealing system (102), a conveying pipe system (103), and a recovery system (104), wherein the sealing system (102) comprises a piston (21) and a cylinder body (18) cooperating with the piston (21); the cylinder body (18) is used for accommodating a finishing medium (8) for performing finishing processing; the conveying pipe system (103) conveys the finishing medium (8) to a port of an inner-flow-channel workpiece (34); the recovery system (104) comprises a recovery container (35), a recovery pipe (36), a return pipe (37), a power assembly (130), and a control valve assembly (140); the control valve assembly (140) comprises a first valve (38) and a second valve (39); the recovery container (35) is in communication with the inner-flow-channel workpiece (34) by means of the recovery pipe (36), and is in communication with the sealing system (102) by means of the return pipe (37); the first valve (38) cooperates with the sealing system (102) and a low-pressure environment; the second valve (39) is located at the return pipe (37) and cooperates with the recovery container (35) and the sealing system (102); and the power assembly (130) is in communication with the recovery container (35). By means of the cooperation of all parts, rapid supplementation of the finishing medium of the sealing system is realized, ensuring the efficiency of finishing processing. Further provided is a finishing method.
