Abstract:
A data processing method and apparatus. The method comprises: when a cross-chain transaction is executed between a first blockchain system and a second blockchain system, a first node of the first blockchain system storing first data in a target table in a first state database of the first node, the target table being different from a state table for the first data in the first state database, the first data being data obtained by executing the cross-chain transaction on the first blockchain system, and the first data being used for executing the cross-chain transaction in the second blockchain system; and locking the first data in the target table of the first state database. According to the method, the atomicity of the cross-chain transaction can be realized, and the writing efficiency of a smart contract and the security of the cross-chain transaction can be improved.
