A washing drum (100) and a laundry treatment device having same, the washing drum (100) comprising: a drum body (1), an inner peripheral wall of the drum body (1) comprising a pattern area (11), multiple patterned structures (111) being formed in the pattern area (11); each patterned structure (111) comprises a protrusion (116) that protrudes inwards, the protrusion (116) being provided with a first scrubbing surface (112) and a second scrubbing surface (113) that are arranged opposite to one another along the circumferential direction of the drum body (1); the first scrubbing surface (112) and the second scrubbing surface (113) obliquely extend toward one another in an outside-in direction; the included angle of the first scrubbing surface (112) and a reference surface (12) is smaller than the included angle of the second scrubbing surface (113) and the reference surface (12); and the reference surface (12) is a plane in which an area of the inner peripheral wall of the drum body (1) is not formed with patterned structures (111) when the drum body (1) is in an unfolded state.
