Abstract:
A data processing method, a device, and a computer-readable storage medium. When a radio link is released, a CSI-RS resource configuration is carried in a radio link release message sent, by a network device, to a user equipment, so as to configure a CSI-RS resource for the UE, and the CSI-RS is sent to a UE in an inactive state, such that the UE in the inactive state can also use effective CSI-RS resources for measurement according to the CSI-RS resource configuration. In this way, the UE can perform measurement not only by relying on an SSB in the inactive state, such that the UE does not need to wake up multiple times or stay in a wake-up state for a long time, thereby reducing the power consumption of the UE.
