Abstract:
The present invention provides a data reconstruction method, comprising: obtaining a copy of a corrupted block in a data protection group; and recovering the corrupted block in the data protection group on the basis of the copy of the corrupted block, wherein the block in the data protection group is protected by using an erasure coding (EC) algorithm or an redundant array of independent disks (RAID). According to the data reconstruction method provided by the present invention, the corrupted block in the data protection group is reconstructed by means of the copy (for example, garbage data left by a garbage collection operation), so that computing resources are saved, and data reconstruction efficiency is improved.
