Abstract:
Provided in the present application are a data transmission method, system and apparatus, and an electronic device and a storage medium. The method comprises: in response to a selection operation for a virtual camera option, a virtual camera driver sending a request instruction to a service module; the service module starting a first data transmission application; establishing a communication connection between a terminal device and a target device; sending an acquisition instruction to a second data transmission application by means of the first data transmission application, and the second data transmission application acquiring, on the basis of the acquisition instruction, first media data, which is collected by a camera of the target device, and sending the first media data to the first data transmission application; and the first data transmission application sending the first media data to the virtual camera driver. By means of the method, cross-device calling of a camera is realized.
