Abstract:
The present invention has a simple configuration and decelerates a mobile body and a transport body within a deceleration section in which the mobile body and the transport body are to be decelerated. A deceleration mechanism 800 comprises a mobile body 200 that has a mobile body–side magnet 213 and is moved through an airflow passage 101 by an airflow, a transport body 500 that has a magnetic body (a transport body–side magnet 523/a mobile body–side magnetic body 525) and is transported through a transport passage 401 in conjunction with the mobile body on the basis of magnetic force that acts between the mobile body–side magnet and the magnetic body, which is repelled or attracted by the mobile body–side magnet, and a braking means 815 that is arranged in a deceleration section 804 of the airflow passage and decelerates the mobile body. The braking means comprises an electric conductor 821 at which an eddy current is generated by the movement of the mobile body–side magnet.
