Abstract:
Disclosed is a deep sleep-inducing and growth-promoting system comprising: a biometric information acquisition device which is attached to the body of a user so as to, in real time, generate and acquire user biometric information including heart rate and blood flow rate of the user and output the user biometric information; a deep sleep-inducing sound output device which selectively outputs a deep sleep-inducing sound to the user who is lying down in order to sleep, and generates, acquires, and outputs deep sleep-inducing sound output information; a growth plate stimulation device which selectively outputs vibration to the growth plates in the knees of the user who is lying down in order to sleep, and generates, acquires, and outputs growth plate stimulation information; a user terminal which is braked by a smartphone, and, on the basis of the user biometric information outputted from the biometric information acquisition device, determines whether the user is sleeping and the stage of sleep of the user and thus outputs an operation control signal for the deep sleep-inducing sound output device and the growth plate stimulation device, and, in real time, generates, acquires, and outputs user sleep information; and an operating server which stores and manages the user sleep information outputted from the user terminal and outputs the stored and managed user sleep information to the user terminal.
