Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of industrial quality inspection. Provided are a defective picture generation method and apparatus applied to industrial quality inspection. The method comprises: acquiring a set of first workpiece images with defects and a set of second workpiece images without defects; determining a defective labeled image which corresponds to each first workpiece image in the set of first workpiece images; determining a feature value of each second workpiece image in the set of second workpiece images; training a pix2pixHD network on the basis of the first workpiece image, the second workpiece image, the defective labeled image and the feature value; on the basis of an expected defect type, acquiring a target defective labeled image from a defect feature database; on the basis of an expected picture type, acquiring a target feature value from a picture feature database; and inputting the target defective labeled image and the target feature value into a trained generator, so as to generate a target defective picture. Therefore, a high-precision defective picture can be generated, such that the requirement for the definition of the defective picture in industrial quality inspection is met, thereby improving the efficiency of industrial quality inspection.
