Abstract:
In the present invention, an input part comprises a first electrode and a first deformation part. An output part comprises a second electrode and a second deformation part. A transmission part can transmit an elastic wave from the first deformation part to the transmission part, and transmit an elastic wave from the transmission part to the second deformation part. The transmission part is flexible, and can be deformed from a reference state. An input signal is input to the first electrode. The first deformation part is deformed by the input signal to generate the elastic wave. The transmission part transmits the elastic wave from the first deformation part to the second deformation part. The second deformation part is deformed by the elastic wave, and thereby generates an output signal to the second electrode. A detection unit detects, on the basis of the output signal, the degree of deformation from the reference state of the transmission part.
